On December 12, Eurotend Spa celebrated Christmas with its traditional company dinner at the company headquarters—an especially meaningful event this year, as it marked Eurotend’s 40th anniversary. Within the great Eurotend family, the holiday season is the perfect time to come together, share smiles, and enjoy moments of conviviality beyond everyday work. Given the importance of the evening, we chose a welcoming tent structure designed to enhance the occasion.
To accommodate all participants, a 23 × 30 meter polygonal tent structure with a height of 4 meters was selected. The polygonal shape ensures stability and generous interior space, making it ideal for hosting our corporate “family” in total comfort.
One of the long sides of the tent was entirely fitted with our Panorama glass walls, an innovative system without aluminum profiles between panels. This design provides a wide, uninterrupted view between the interior and exterior, creating a bright, harmonious environment.
The self-ballasted platform conceals all counterweights beneath the structure, ensuring safety and stability without creating visible obstacles, thus keeping the area tidy and welcoming.
For our corporate event, the main entrance of the tent structure was built with a 5 × 5 metre arched structure, 4 metres high, welcoming guests with elegance. Along the rest of the perimeter, solid or sandwich panels were used where glass walls were not present.
The roof fabric, white on the outside and black on the inside, reduced lighting reflections and made the environment more elegant and intimate, enhancing the tent structure as an ideal solution for large corporate events.
To keep all participants warm, a transparent perforated heating duct was installed, distributing warm air evenly throughout the structure and creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
The dinner on December 12th was a special moment to come together and celebrate, demonstrating how Eurotend tent structures are perfect for corporate events, trade fairs, public gatherings, and any type of temporary installation, combining functionality, elegance, and comfort.
